A felicitation ceremony for the students who topped NEET and JEE — designed so that every rank on screen felt like the headline it was, and every family in the room could see it.
The audience was split between students, parents and faculty seated deep into a wide ballroom. A conventional centre screen would have left the back and side tables watching a keynote they could not read — and this was an event where the detail on screen, a rank and a name, was the entire point.
We ran a continuous wide-format LED band across the full width of the stage rather than a single centre screen, so the topper card sat centre while live IMAG doubled to the left and right. The keynote was staged on a forward thrust to close the distance with the front rows, and lighting was programmed in two states — a bright, even wash for the felicitation walk-ups and a tighter, contrastier look for the keynote and video reels.
Every seat had a readable view of the screen for the full programme, and the felicitation, keynote and group photography segments ran back to back without a stage reset.
